Brazilian Sales Market Growth Leader

Join a fast-paced sales team in Rio de Janeiro and be a driving force behind the growth of the Brazilian market.
We are searching for a motivated, energetic individual with a strong passion for sales, marketing, and leadership. As a Team Lead, you will have the autonomy to run your team like a small business, reporting directly to the Country Product Manager based in São Paulo.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives, encompassing lead generation strategies both online and offline.
  • Lead 2 direct reports. Develop their sales skills through training and coaching. Track their achievements and provide performance reviews.
  • Achieve sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Manage quality control and customer service via contact with US operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years' work experience in the sales and/or marketing functions, having staff management experience is a plus
  • University/College graduate. A marketing or business degree is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in an international environment
  • Full proficiency in Portuguese and English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word)
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
