We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Insider. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth by building strong relationships with our clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in meetings with key stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop strategic plans to drive business impact.
  • Discover and analyze customer needs, set goals and objectives, and work with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Develop and execute account plans to capture new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Take ownership of renewal success and strategy to achieve key commercial targets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and industry analysis to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive customer success and growth.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute account plans.
  • Competency in sales methodologies, such as Value Selling, Challenger Selling, or Spin Selling.
  • Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with verbal and written communication.
