Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Brazil/South America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in Brazil/South America.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, campaigns, and business strategies.
- Provide sales training and support to clients, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to maximize the value of our products and services.
- Investigate new applications and improvements to our products, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Manage sales quotas, forecasting, and strategies for a sub-set of a region (Brazil/South America).
- Provide marketing intelligence to sales management for a sub-set of a region (Brazil/South America).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR
- Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years' experience.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Sales and Account Management function or other related function within Airlines and Airports.
- Possess strong sales and account management skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Airports/Airline operations and technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Airports contracting and acquisition processes; combined with demonstrated experience and understanding of proposal development process, opportunity reviews and pricing efforts.
- Proven track records in successful sales closure.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Requires travelling.
- Must be located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
