About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Global Selling expansion in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the US marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategy for Global Selling expansion in Brazil.
  • Identify roadblocks for merchants and collaborate with Product and Program teams to resolve these challenges.
  • Create and execute a new Seller lead generation strategy for all Marketplace categories, including new lead sources.
  • Develop a prioritization mechanism for both targeted and massive account recruitment.
  • Develop hunting strategies based on selection opportunities.
  • Manage a team of sales, account development, and program management professionals.
  • Track activity and sales discipline by developing a sales management process.
  • Hire and develop top sales talent.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree.
  • 8+ years of relevant senior-level experience in retail, sales, operations, and/or business management/consulting with a proven history of delivering results.
  • Superior analytical abilities and quantitative skills.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and driving strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting, and negotiating.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree (MBA) from a top-tier Business School (4-5 years of post-MBA experience preferred).
  • Experience in sales management and developing teams.
  • Excellent business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes.
  • A willingness to roll up sleeves to get it done.
  • Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with 'hands-on' management of tasks and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
