Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Collins Aerospace, a RTX company. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Brazil/South America region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Manage sales forecasting, sales quota, and sales strategies for the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years' experience.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Sales and Account Management function or other related function within Airlines and Airports.
  • Strong sales and account management skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Airports/Airline operations and technologies.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Requires traveling.
  • Must be located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
