Job Title: Internal Audit and SOX Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit and SOX Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working on various projects, including the design, implementation, and testing of internal controls.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of auditing principles, as well as experience with financial regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement internal controls for financial reporting.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Test and validate controls to ensure they are operating effectively.
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CMA.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing or finance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with large datasets and performing analytical tasks.
  • Knowledge of risk management practices and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
