Executive Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our operations in Curitiba. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our Finance and Operations department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan.
• Align operational plans with the company's overall vision and objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement actions to ensure profitability and financial sustainability.
• Stay abreast of company regulations and compliance requirements.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, setting clear goals, providing guidance and mentorship, and promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or economics. MBA or Master in Finance is a plus.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in management positions.
• Experience in the payments industry.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, ideally Accounting, conciliations, etc.
• Advanced Excel user.
• Advance English level is a must.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technology knowledge and experience at Big Four.
• Experience in internal reconciliations of information from banks and processors with each company's CMR.
• Intermediate Spanish.
