We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineering Manager to lead our site's process engineering activities. This role is part of the Site Leadership Team and will manage a team of technical engineering professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for key elements and activities of the site PSM program, including calorimetry studies, chemical reaction hazards assessment, pressure relief verifications, HAZOP, LOPA, MAH management, etc.
Key Responsibilities- Manage process design activities in close collaboration with the site Project Engineering organization to effectively execute the capital plan for the site.
- Coordinate kaizen activities focused on improving safety & efficiency of plant processes.
- Support product localization activities in close collaboration with the sales and product management teams.
- Site focal point for new technology deployment in close liaison with the global process technology team.
- Plant support for day to day safe & efficient operations, identifying and investigating root cause of abnormalities in the manufacturing process.
- 10-15 years experience in process and / or project with team management in hazardous chemical plants.
- Chemical Engineering degree.
- Advanced level English.
- Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint) required.
- SAP knowledge desired.
