
Dynamic Brand Strategy Lead

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for brands across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain catalog quality and accuracy, ensuring consistent product and pricing updates across Amazon's marketplace.
- Monitor and report on category/item performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and ensure client expectations are met. Manage and prioritize client agendas.
- Maintain accurate product catalogs through vendor portal uploads.
- Identify opportunities for sales conversion through merchandising, enhanced content, and A/B testing.
- Forecast annual sales and manage inventory planning and replenishment.
- Implement marketing roadmaps and program innovations to drive business growth using promotional tools, coupons, CPC ads, and display ads.
- Collaborate with PPC managers to set ACOS/TACOS goals aligned with client expectations.
- Perform market research, monitor trends, and analyze brand positioning, consumer insights, and other relevant data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Amazon US marketplace operations (Seller Central or Vendor Central), including product launches, catalog optimization, and compliance with US consumer regulations.
- Success with Amazon US-specific tools (A+ Content, Brand Analytics, Amazon DSP).
- Demonstrated understanding of US consumer behavior, seasonal trends, and competition dynamics.
- 2+ years of client-facing experience.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage junior team members.
- Preferred but not required: experience in Beauty, Supplements, and Specialty Food categories.
- Experience with digital assets, A+/EBC content, SEO, copywriting, and Parent/Child Variations.
- Experience with is a plus.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics and use of data.
- Ability to build processes and reporting that impact brands at scale.
