Are you a seasoned professional seeking a new challenge in the field of brand strategy? We are currently looking for a Strategy Manager to join our team in Brazil.
About the RoleIn this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the strategic direction of our clients' brands in the Brazilian market. You will contribute your local market knowledge and insights to the development of brand strategies and capabilities, working closely with senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize proprietary frameworks and strategic processes to deliver differentiated, value-added strategic work.
- Collaborate with other craft leads to provide leadership in business development efforts.
- Develop and adapt brand building templates and frameworks to meet client needs.
- Form deep relationships with clients and internal teams, including Creative, Medical, Client Services, and Project Management.
- Stay connected with global strategy leaders—participating in Klick global strategy meetings and worldwide strategy sessions.
- Participate in recruiting and interviewing for the team.
- Contribute to the development and management of scopes of work and staffing plans.
- Help adapt our culture to the local culture in Brazil.
- Use regional contacts to help grow relationships with potential clients and identify new business opportunities.

To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A university degree, with a focus in Business, Science, Behavioral Science, or Anthropology.
- At least 5 years of experience in brand strategy.
- Broad therapeutic area expertise across both consumer and HCP audiences.
- Superior client presentation and facilitation skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation.
- Strong leadership ability, with the ability to influence and lead both clients and internal teams.
- The ability to see the big picture and know how to influence it with small details.
- Proven ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
