Job Overview

This is a senior leadership role within the Business group, focusing on talent acquisition and recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment process for corporate/business functions, including CCO, Marketing, and G&A teams.
  • Manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and a coordinator.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective recruitment and sourcing plans.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the employer's values.
  • Provide regular reporting on hiring activity and pipeline health to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience leading talent acquisition teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of North American talent markets for corporate and business roles.
  • Ability to use recruitment data and insights to guide decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in implementing DEI best practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and market insights to improve hiring processes.
