Business Recruitment Lead

This is a senior leadership role within the Business group, focusing on talent acquisition and recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the recruitment process for corporate/business functions, including CCO, Marketing, and G&A teams.
- Manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and a coordinator.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective recruitment and sourcing plans.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the employer's values.
- Provide regular reporting on hiring activity and pipeline health to stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience leading talent acquisition teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of North American talent markets for corporate and business roles.
- Ability to use recruitment data and insights to guide decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
- Experience in implementing DEI best practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and market insights to improve hiring processes.
