Job Overview

We are seeking a senior headhunter to lead our efforts in finding skilled engineers for our clients in Sweden. According to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau, Sweden will need around 30,000 engineers by 2030.

About 200 of these positions are currently open with our clients in Sweden. As a senior headhunter, you will work with a global team to identify and recruit suitable candidates who are willing to relocate to Sweden. You will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team, which handles relocation logistics.

Your role will involve building trust with potential candidates by communicating the benefits of living and working in Sweden. We take care of everything for our employees, including visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and more.

Our clients span various industries, including software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit engineers for Swedish IT roles.
  • Build trust with candidates by communicating relocation benefits and process.
  • Coordinate with global recruiters, Swedish management, and delivery teams to support relocation logistics.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned client projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or equivalent technical experience.
  • A solid network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Service-oriented mindset to find the best solution.
  • High-quality brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail.
  • Social, friendly, and outgoing with high self-motivation.
  • Resilient and persistent with ability to handle rejection.
  • Passionate about success with executive attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with professional appearance.
