Job Overview

SWEEDEN needs skilled engineers, with approximately 30,000 new positions expected by 2030, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. As a senior headhunter, you will help find engineers ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.

Your job will involve building trust with suitable candidates, supported by a competent global team of recruiters and executive management teams in Sweden and other countries.

You will work closely with global recruiters, Swedish management, and delivery teams to support relocation logistics and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned client projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit engineers for Swedish IT roles.
  • Communicate relocation benefits and process to build trust with candidates.
Required Competence
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or equivalent technical experience.
  • A solid network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Service-oriented mindset, flexibility, and high-quality brand awareness.
  • Understanding of headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
  • Upper intermediate English language skills.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new ones.
  • Analytical, well-organized, and detail-focused, with strong recruitment skills.
  • Self-confident, social, friendly, and outgoing, with high self-motivation.
  • Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and pursue opportunities.
