Senior Hematology Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of medical experts in managing complex diseases, developing innovative treatments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of individual contributors and/or supervisors, conducting effective performance management and defining standards for review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials.
  • Support external stakeholder management, scientific communications, evidence generation, publications, and medical education activities.
  • Develop strategic and operational plans to aid in the creation of promotional and non-promotional materials, including publications, scientific or technical literature, and training, education, and disease-state awareness materials.
Required Qualifications:
  • Desirable: MD degree.
  • Deep understanding of the drug development process, including clinical epidemiology, randomized controlled trials, and publication plans.
  • 3-5 years of work experience as Senior Manager, preferably in the pharma industry, ideally in Medical Affairs with a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant area.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, business acumen, teamwork, negotiation, coaching, and influencing skills.
