Regional Sales Executive Role Summary

As a Regional Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth in Brazil's Higher Education sector. This is an opportunity to leverage your analytical solution selling skills and entrepreneurial mindset to develop and execute business strategies.

This position involves working closely with customers to identify their needs, positioning Symplicity solutions as the best fit, and building strong relationships to influence strategic decisions. You will also be responsible for qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and defining value propositions that align with customer needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing solution expertise to identify projects, build compelling business cases, and drive sales forward
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, influencing strategic decisions, and becoming a trusted advisor
  • Identifying business needs of universities to confidently propose Symplicity solutions that respond to and align with those needs
  • Defining and leveraging value propositions to communicate the impact vision of our solutions for universities
  • Qualifying leads through to opportunities, feeding into a proactively managed sales pipeline

We are seeking someone with experience in selling ARR solutions at an enterprise level, preferably with Higher Education experience. Strong skills in planning, opportunity creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, value positioning, pipeline management, and deal negotiation are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Higher Education experience is preferred
