Job Description:

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the lead supervisor in ensuring efficient production and organization of the mise en place in the kitchen. This role involves working collaboratively with other team members to achieve exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Previous experience in an industrial kitchen setting is highly desirable, as is training in food preparation and basic knowledge of food hygiene practices.

  • Support the lead supervisor in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist in preparing mise en place for point of sale areas and contribute to achieving sales targets.
