">As a Senior Director of Commercial Excellence, you will spearhead our sales and marketing efforts in Brazil, driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution. This pivotal role involves developing and executing integrated marketing and sales strategies to support business objectives in the rare diseases therapeutic area.
">You will lead a cross-functional team, collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to localize campaigns while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Your strategic vision will align local execution with global strategies, identifying growth opportunities such as market expansion, portfolio optimization, and strategic partnerships.
">This role is crucial to enhancing our division's competitive position and driving the launch and lifecycle management of rare diseases products. Your contributions will be integral to the overall success and strategic impact of our Brazil Rare Diseases business unit.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies to support business objectives in the rare diseases therapeutic area.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team including product management, sales leadership, and administrative support.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to localize campaigns and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
