Employee Relations Labor Relations Head Role

We are seeking an Employee Relations Labor Relations Head to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our HR function, this role will play a critical part in fostering a culture of collaboration and rigor, ensuring high-quality services, and providing consistent governance across the region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing country/regional operational activities to achieve target KPIs, operational level agreements, and service levels by executing resource planning.
  • Ensuring timely and compliant handling of all ER-related cases, including grievance and discipline requests.
  • Supervising coaching and training initiatives for managers and employees, while participating in these initiatives.
  • Supporting the management of grievance and discipline requests, due to their particular sensitivity and/or requiring higher-level knowledge and authority.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ERLR Head will spend a significant amount of time on:

  • Providing professional guidance to teams within the region.
  • Effectively integrating new support requirements into the region as they are introduced by HR special projects and initiatives.
  • Participating as a member of the Regional HR Council and contributing to the achievement of the strategy at the regional level.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in labor relations and employee relations.
  • Able to navigate complex situations, think critically, and drive results-oriented solutions.
