About the Team

Our team is responsible for managing and controlling manufacturing and shop floor operations using cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable customers to implement and operate their solutions efficiently by providing high-quality support services.
  • Analyze and resolve reported incidents using knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing entries.
  • Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents.
  • Creation and maintenance of knowledge documentation.
  • Participation in global projects around support processes, infrastructure requirements and quality assurance.
  • Report errors to Development.
  • Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries.
  • Queue screening and queue management.

About You

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate students in Information Technology, Computer Science or related areas.
  • Knowledge in Manufacturing is an asset.
  • Good customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).
  • Problem solving/analytical skills.
  • Flexible approach working in teams as well as environment.
  • Advanced English, Spanish is an advantage.
