We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Field Support Engineer. This is an exceptional opportunity to enhance your skills and transform your career.

The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring, troubleshooting, testing, and installing network devices for access, border, and core networks, specifically Cisco and HP Family. They should also be familiar with small to large switches, routers, and WLAN devices from these manufacturers.

A strong understanding of firewalls, cybersecurity information, and SASE is required. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to identify, test, and install cabling systems, fiber optics, and data communication networks.

Key skills include knowledge of NSX virtualization networks, Active Directory, RADIUS, 802.1x, MFA authentication, and Palo Alto VPN Server/Windows Jump Server configuration. Experience with Fortinet/Huawei security devices, MS Windows OS, O365 E1/E3/E5, AD, Single/MFA, and EndUser support in record, diagnose, and solve problems is highly desirable.
