About the Role

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
