We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to support our customer-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Registration of interactions through the Oracle Platform
- Critical analysis and registration of orders
- Software installed base maintenance
- Effective resolution of problems and/or requests involving other areas or headquarters
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Administration or related courses, as well as relevant knowledge in SAP and Office Package (Advanced Excel). Fluency in English is required, and Spanish is considered an asset.
