Account Manager

This role involves fostering strong partnerships with potential franchise owners and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales leadership team to guide interested parties through the entire process, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Greet inquiries promptly and initiate outreach to generated leads
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect goals and suitability
  • Schedule follow-up meetings, manage next steps, and support deal negotiation and completion
  • Maintain an organized pipeline in a CRM system
  • Track progress metrics and report weekly results to management
  • Offer innovative ideas to refine talk tracks, email sequences, and overall sales workflow
  • Maintain a customer-centric mindset that balances revenue targets with prospect satisfaction
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to convey ideas clearly
  • Able to handle multiple opportunities without losing focus
  • Professional demeanor with a collaborative attitude
  • Reliable home-office setup and willingness to align core hours with Eastern Time
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
