Job Overview

We are seeking a technical expert to join our endpoint management team in maintaining and securing corporate devices across our global organization. This remote position requires strong focus on automation, efficiency, and reducing contact time while ensuring compliance across multiple security frameworks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain, patch, and ensure compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues with minimal escalation.
  • Execute patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devices.
  • Implement endpoint security policies and procedures as defined by management.
  • Monitor endpoint health metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for endpoint configurations and processes.
  • Collaborate with security and IT teams on endpoint protection initiatives.
  • Participate in incident response for endpoint-related security events.
  • Assist in vendor evaluations and provide technical input for solution selection.
  • Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical endpoint issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of hands-on endpoint management experience.
  • Strong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platforms.
  • Experience managing both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for automation.
  • Solid understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.
  • Experience with security compliance requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to read and speak fluently in English.
About the Role

This role involves occasional meetings across global time zones and participation in on-call rotation for critical issues.
