We are seeking a Senior CRM Analyst to lead our customer relationship management strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and data analysis.
As a Senior CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our CRM strategy, managing email marketing campaigns, and creating customer base segmentation plans. You will also collaborate with paid media, trade, and branding teams to align communication across all digital channels.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in CRM platforms, and experience with marketing automation and email/SMS/push delivery tools. Advanced/Fluent English is required, as well as strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with CRM; Experience in the luxury market is a plus;
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe, RD Station, Power BI, or similar);
- Experience with marketing automation and email/SMS/push delivery tools;
- Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics/GA4;
- Experience with customer base segmentation and campaign personalization;
- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects.
