The role of an Owner Relations Specialist is crucial in maintaining a positive relationship between our homeowners and our internal teams.
Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, communicating with them and relaying information to our internal teams.
- Handle homeowner inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest communication teams to resolve issues.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible.
- Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or customer relations is a plus.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
