We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Technical Service Consultant Jr. In this dynamic role, you will provide top-notch customer support via email, chat, and phone, while also contributing to global operations.
- Deliver timely and professional assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met with utmost care and attention.
- Dive into product knowledge and assist with scanner setup, programming, and troubleshooting, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including updates on case resolutions.
- Enhance the internal Knowledge Base by updating content for recurring issues and fixes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Helpdesk Support:
- Offer expert guidance to customers via various communication channels, guaranteeing swift and efficient resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with product details and effectively troubleshoot scanner-related issues.
- Craft clear and concise solutions to escalate complex cases, while maintaining regular follow-ups.
- Accurately document customer logs and records.
- Promote seamless customer experience through effective problem-solving and issue resolution.
Key Requirements:
- Nearly perfect English skills (C1+ minimum) for both written and verbal communication.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing or similar support roles.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proven track record of taking ownership and following through on tasks.
- Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or technical backgrounds is a plus.
