Product Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to support the development and enhancement of patient support programs.

The ideal candidate will assist in gathering requirements, coordinating with teams, and contributing to product improvement initiatives.

  • Support Product Development: Assist in translating business needs into clear, well-defined user stories and requirements.
  • Backlog Assistance: Help maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring requirements are well-articulated and ready for development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and smooth communication throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile Processes: Support the team in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and reviews.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a support role within product management, business analysis, project coordination, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with product backlogs.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset to interpret data and assess project implications.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Proven understanding of healthcare, digital solutions, or data analytics domains.
  • Solid product management experience, with demonstrated ability to support product development lifecycle, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
