Job Title: Senior Trader/Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Trader/Sales Manager to join our team at Xiamen ITG Group Corp., Ltd. in Latin America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of contracts to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management in the steel commodity trading industry, with a strong understanding of the Latin American market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with the steel industry and established channels within the market.
  • High self-motivation, self-discipline, and stress resistance.
