About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Amazon Payment Products team in Brazil. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, prioritizing features, and working closely with our tech teams to evolve our payments experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new features and enhance the paying customer experience for our payment products in Brazil.
  • Engage with partners to discuss products and develop new feature ideas.
  • Monitor product KPIs to identify opportunities to improve activation, reduce churn, and drive acquisition.
About the Team

Requirements
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced English skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and building processes.
