Remote Sales Leadership Opportunity

The role of an Outbound Sales Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a sales team, focusing on lead generation and closing new business deals. This position requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close new business deals.
  • Lead and manage a sales team, setting goals and KPIs, and providing coaching and support to help team members achieve their targets.
  • Maintain sales volume by tracking market trends, competitors, and supply and demand.
  • Produce regular reports to track progress towards sales goals.
Requirements for Success:
  • At least 3 years' experience leading a full sales cycle outbound sales team.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the US & Canada.
  • B2B Sales experience targeting small to medium-sized businesses is essential.
  • A proven track record of successful sales management, including hiring, training, coaching, and motivating a sales team.
