We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives within our Technology Transfer & Commercialization Unit.
Main Responsibilities:- Designing and implementing programs that translate research, intellectual property, and creative works into viable startup companies.
- Managing entrepreneurial pipelines, spinout support services, and venture-readiness programming.
- Building a network of venture capitalists, angel investors, alumni entrepreneurs, and industry mentors to provide capital and guidance to emerging ventures.
- Collaborating with internal partners to align commercialization and venture goals across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, science, technology, business administration, or finance.
- Minimum 10 years of management experience within a business enterprise and/or entrepreneurial incubator.
- Prior experience with technology commercialization based on innovative research, customer development, board direction, and growth stage progression.
