Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Agent to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Concierge Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of perfect.
Key Responsibilities
- Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, and provide accurate information to guests.
- Act as an ambassador of the hotel, providing assistance to a variety of requests and making the impossible happen.
- Maintain a network of service providers for efficient coordination of guest requirements.
- Ensure availability of printed materials and facilitate guest requests for dining, shows, recreation, tours, transport, and other services.
- Respond to queries positively and develop guest preference records and history.
- Follow through on endorsements and ensure completion of tasks.
- Handle luggage, messages, parcels, and other items efficiently.
- Be transparent and responsible in matters involving finances and maintain absolute integrity and trustworthiness in the team.
- Promote a safe work environment and lead a service-driven, results-driven work environment.
- Follow departmental SOPs and safety policies.
Requirements
- Possession of a passion for guest service and excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and flexible with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with fluency in English and secondary language preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience in a customer service industry.
- Computer proficiency in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Opera or Opera cloud Property Management System an asset.
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
