Our team is seeking a Pricing and Revenue Management Expert to be located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As an active member of our commercial approach evolution team, you will deliver solutions that reduce operational complexity with an Agile mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an active member of the team that will evolve our commercial approach, reducing operational complexity with an Agile mindset.
  • Participate in the Price Increase process from end-to-end, fully engaging and providing analysis, guidance, and specific recommendations to drive revenue and gross profit optimization.
  • Support execution and tracking of the price increase, interacting strongly with commercial and finance teams to provide quantitative and qualitative information as a source for official reports.
  • Participate in the annual Business Plan process, supporting the commercial team in planning the price increase of accounts and providing information to the Finance team for official reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Education level: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic planning, and attention to details.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced data analysis skills using SAP/Tableau Solutions/PowerBI.
  • Language: Advanced English skills desired; Spanish a plus.
  • Availability to work in Sao Paulo.

Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience in Finance or Planning or Sales business partners or revenue management/Pricing or Business Intelligence desirable.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, provide analyses, and summarize recommendations according to the respective audience.
  • Capacity to connect and influence business partners, developing sound relationships with them.
  • Resilience to handle fluid environmental changes, bouncing back frequently.
  • Ability to act as a team member not only in Pricing structure but also with Business Unit team.
