Industrial Painters play a vital role in ensuring the quality and appearance of manufactured products. In this position, you will be responsible for executing painting processes that meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and Organization: Organize and prepare the workspace according to the activity to be performed, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Scheduling and Resource Management: Schedule products, materials, and resources needed as per production planning activities.
  • Painting and Touch-ups: Prepare parts for painting, performing tasks such as cleaning, sanding, applying primer and base coats, and protecting areas not intended for painting. Apply primer and perform basic painting on non-visible parts, as well as general touch-ups, when necessary.
  • Mixing and Preparing Materials: Mix and prepare primer, bases, oils, diluents, catalysts, and paints, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
  • Assembly and Packaging: Apply sealing items and assemble components on rotating equipment, preparing and packaging parts and products according to process instructions.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate bridges or overhead cranes, adjusting load volume to equipment capacity, to move loads in the production line.
  • Quality Control and Reporting: Monitor and verify activities performed, identifying and reporting deviations from production plans, equipment, or instrument issues for prompt correction.
