Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Opportunity

This is a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of innovative solutions.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate new feature enhancements, guaranteeing seamless integration into existing systems.
  • Configure and manage test environments for efficient execution of test cases, minimizing delays and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution, with a focus on root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
  • Review product UI for conformity to design guidelines, ensuring a polished user experience.
  • Design and implement metrics to assess test effectiveness, efficiency, and overall product quality, driving data-driven decisions.
  • Participate in review meetings to drive comprehensive test coverage and advocate for quality in development, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in systems, tools, and processes, promoting ongoing growth and innovation.

This individual should possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a proven track record in software testing.

Required Skills Include:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • 7+ years of software testing experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of test case management tools
  • Solid SQL skills and familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Varied environment and delivery modality experience
  • Extensive knowledge of software, database, and integration testing

Desired Skills Include:

  • Automated testing experience with Playwright or desire to learn
  • API testing experience with Postman
  • Familiarity with restaurant or retail order processing, payment processing, and restaurant management
