Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Brazil. The selected candidate will lead HR actions and establish partnerships with business leaders to ensure the quality of the people lifecycle in the organization.

The HR Business Partner role involves managing third-party contracts, metrics management, and actions like absenteeism control, hiring interviews, talent discussions, engagement actions, etc.

The person will use analytical skills to monitor and analyze metrics and trends, ability to translate business plans and objectives into human resources actions to achieve results.

They will also work on specific HR activities such as planning and execution of engagement programs, planning of the talent management cycle, performance, development, and promotions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in coaching and supporting leaders in integration and talent management, management of people metrics for decision making, and experience working in a fast-paced and complex environment driven by continuous innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in people leadership
  • Experience in Human Resources subsystems as an HR Business Partner in Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related fields
  • Experience in supporting customer groups working with massive processes, operations, and related areas
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an advanced level (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, dashboards)
