This role involves serving as the primary account contact on insurance and non-insurance accounts, focusing on transactional activities and problem-solving.
The Account Manager will oversee all technical activities within assigned accounts and function as the primary contact with the client's program coordinator and other key personnel.
- Key responsibilities include overseeing dispute resolution procedures necessary to meet service and quality requirements on assigned accounts.
- The role also involves analyzing and appraising the effectiveness of operating procedures and processes of assigned accounts.
Candidates for this position must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and have experience working with marketing, sales, and operations within a company.
- Familiarity with cost analysis techniques and customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Strong typing and administrative skills, as well as priority management skills and high organizational skills, are required.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent field experience. Additionally, candidates should have experience and knowledge of systems used in dispatch and reporting claim transactions.
