We are seeking a skilled Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will bridge the gap between our clients and our organization.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and manage assigned accounts within your portfolio, focusing on cross-selling and budget preparation for clients in Brazil and other regions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for target accounts, delivering personalized and proactive support.
- Analyze each account's performance and behavior to generate insights and tailored strategies.
- 4+ years of experience selling remittances, cross-border payments, and/or complex payment solutions.
- Previous sales or account management experience at a financial institution or large brokerage firm.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager.
- Results-oriented.
- Strong commercial strategy understanding.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
