About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will bridge the gap between our clients and our organization.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage assigned accounts within your portfolio, focusing on cross-selling and budget preparation for clients in Brazil and other regions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for target accounts, delivering personalized and proactive support.
  • Analyze each account's performance and behavior to generate insights and tailored strategies.
Key Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience selling remittances, cross-border payments, and/or complex payment solutions.
  • Previous sales or account management experience at a financial institution or large brokerage firm.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Strong commercial strategy understanding.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
