Job Title: Customer Experience Analyst

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Analyst to join our team in São Paulo. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience to our guests in Tabas Apartments, solving complex problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and analyze customer orders to identify areas for improvement
  • Evaluate services performed by internal and external collaborators to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Develop strategic information for the areas to drive business growth
  • Be entrepreneurial and proactive in resolving complex customer inquiries
  • Liaise across functions to identify and improve customer support processes
  • Participate in building 24/7 customer support for our clients in Tabas apartments
Requirements:
  • Work experience in a customer service position
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional prioritization and organization skills
  • Ability to work on weekends when needed
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Problem-solving attitude and drive to get things done
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
