Job Title: Construction Leadership Role

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee all engineering deliverables for your assigned scope, from design validation and approvals to procurement, compliance, and on-site execution.

In this critical role, you will work closely with planning, commercial, and MEP teams to ensure successful delivery on time, on budget, and fully compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret civil engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate execution.
  • Prepare and manage material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and risk assessments.
  • Monitor site progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and progress documentation.
  • Support project planning, cost control, and procurement activities.
  • Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues proactively.
  • Participate in inspections, testing, and handover processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in large-scale civil construction projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of concrete, formwork, structural works, and finishing.
  • Familiarity with construction codes, safety regulations, and QA/QC procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
