This is a critical position within the construction sector, with key responsibilities for overseeing finishing aspects of projects.
The incumbent will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of finishing works, managing resources and timelines, implementing site health, safety, and environmental (HSE) plans, leading construction teams, monitoring costs, quality, and productivity, and interpreting technical drawings and managing testing and reporting.

- Implement HSE plans and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance.
- Lead and coordinate construction teams, engaging with commercial and client stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize costs, quality, and productivity to meet contractual standards.
- Interpret technical drawings and manage testing and reporting processes efficiently.
