Project Coordinator

We're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the execution of construction projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and control project plans, accurately calculating required resources.
  • Create, implement, and enforce comprehensive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) plans on site.
  • Lead and motivate construction teams, ensuring clear communication and high performance.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team to monitor and control construction costs.
  • Establish and maintain a robust quality management system and control plan.
  • Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to provide timely project updates.
  • Interpret and apply technical drawings, tender documents, and contract requirements effectively.
  • Monitor productivity and progress, ensuring accurate measurement and recording of works.
  • Manage testing of technical components, interpreting results and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Construction or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction, preferably in finishing works.
  • Strong leadership, planning, communication, and commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to manage complex construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Solid knowledge of HSE standards and quality control procedures.
