Job Overview:

This role involves overseeing and executing on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed efficiently, in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proactive approach, and a solid understanding of construction principles, QA/QC, HSE, and programme controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure site works comply with contract specifications, quality, and safety standards.
  • Prepare material submittals and track approvals.
  • Develop method statements and risk assessments.
  • Monitor procurement schedules and follow up on deliveries.
  • Control approved drawings and as-built documentation.
  • Inspect works, raise inspection requests, and coordinate with site teams.
  • Report progress, delays, and site issues to senior management.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and project close-out documentation.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of project site experience, ideally within construction or similar environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Engineering degree with ≥ 10 years' site experience.
  • Solid understanding of contract specifications, QA/QC, HSE, and programme controls.
  • Proven ability to manage materials, documentation, and productivity on fast-track projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and pressure-handling skills; proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with BIM-enabled field tools or Lean construction principles.
