Role Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support/KYC Analyst to join our Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive world-class support throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Onboard new customers and perform enhanced due diligence reviews
  • Generate and maintain accurate case documentation
  • Escalate complex cases and ensure their resolution
  • Perform ad-hoc business due diligence-related tasks
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fintech or fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer support or account executive roles
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM and SQL
  • Fluency in verbal and written English
  • Good research skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
