We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our Venture Capital team in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.

As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their equity management needs are met.

You will work closely with our team to resolve complex issues, provide training, and develop processes to improve our services.

Key Responsibilities:
