About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our Investor Services Support team within our Venture Capital Organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building the world's next great investor platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to English-speaking clients, articulating technical software issues and addressing equity/finance/accounting related questions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and customers, demonstrating diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure.
  • Learn quickly and take on new challenges, exhibiting a strong sense of curiosity to solve problems.
  • Experience in a Customer Service or client-facing role within SaaS is highly valued.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data security best practices.
  • Equity, financial, or venture capital background is a plus.

The Interview Process

We'll review your application and schedule a phone interview to get to know each other. If that goes well, you'll be given a written assessment to complete, and the final stage is a formal interview with several panels covering different aspects of the position.
