Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, driving growth and satisfaction within our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop partnerships with key accounts, ensuring mutual benefits and expansion of our presence in the market.
- Oversight of technology integration, facilitating seamless onboarding and collaboration with partners and key account sellers.
- Lead sales management, setting targets, monitoring performance, and coaching the team to achieve sales objectives and exceed revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to create tailored commercial strategies for key account sellers, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Administration, with experience in managing key accounts and partnerships.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or technology, with focus on key account seller management and partnership development.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with high-value clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of technology integrations and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Effective sales management experience, including setting and achieving targets, managing a sales team, and implementing sales strategies.
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environment with strategic mindset and creative problem-solving abilities.
