Key Account Professional

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, driving growth and satisfaction within our platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and develop partnerships with key accounts, ensuring mutual benefits and expansion of our presence in the market.
  2. Oversight of technology integration, facilitating seamless onboarding and collaboration with partners and key account sellers.
  3. Lead sales management, setting targets, monitoring performance, and coaching the team to achieve sales objectives and exceed revenue goals.
  4. Analyze market trends and customer insights to create tailored commercial strategies for key account sellers, addressing their unique needs and challenges.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business or Administration, with experience in managing key accounts and partnerships.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or technology, with focus on key account seller management and partnership development.
  3. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with high-value clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Solid understanding of technology integrations and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  5. Effective sales management experience, including setting and achieving targets, managing a sales team, and implementing sales strategies.
  6. Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Adaptable to fast-paced environment with strategic mindset and creative problem-solving abilities.
