About the Role:
We're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, and plans;
- Review and analyze operational and renewal data, providing insightful variance analysis and recommendations to enable effective decision-making;
- Leverage transactional and other data to identify underlying trends within the business and provide guidance to business leaders;
- Participate in regional process improvement initiatives;
- Demonstrate thought leadership around marketing, sales, and CS data processes and operations;
- Liaise with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization;
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as required;
Requirements:
- Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking);
- Experience with Sales/Customer Success/Marketing Ops;
- Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies;
- Experience working in agile environments.
