ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive sales partnership initiatives and accelerate growth in the upmarket and MNC segments through strategic alliances with global HCM players and consulting firms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal and external parties to meet this objective.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Foster strong relationships with alliance partners and key contacts within designated firms
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue and alliance sales targets
- Grow ADP sales partnerships in the upmarket and MNC segments by engaging with existing partners and onboarding new ones

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong relationship-building skills with high-profile consulting and HCM transformation partners
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in IT, services, or consulting
- Extensive hands-on pipeline building and partner management experience
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams globally and virtually
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience working in a dynamic team environment with challenges
